MonkeyShine is flexible on our rates for longer bookings. Our passion is to help musicians worldwide make awesome sounding recordings, mixes and masters
All rates include an engineer.
STUDIO TIME:
US$25 (R500) per hour (Engineer incl.)
Studio time per hour either on site or virtually though online connectivity. A special daily rate of US$175 (R3200) is also provided.
MASTERING:
US$45 (R850) per song
MIXING:
From US$50 (R950) per song
Mixing is about taking your song from rough mix to a clean, clear, dynamically efficient mixed song. An experienced engineer will know when to add EQ or Compression, will know about the effects this has on the audio dynamics, the digital errors, phasing, aliasing, dither, saturation, clipping, oversampling.

When your song is coming in for Mastering, you can be assured it’s going to get the final touches it needs and deserves. Our Mastering Engineer knows the demand and sound for different music around the world. You can expect punchy, clear and exciting results. Every mix is treated with shaping techniques, measuring tools to give it the final warm low punch it needs.
